Outlook quota not updating
If the email has been moved but Outlook does not see it, I woudl move her mailbox to another database.
I have found that sometimes a move can help solve these weird anomalies.
The inbox had literally thousands of emails in, all of which had been handled and cleared away previously.
New messages are arriving without any problems, although occasionally we have to click the "Update This Folder" button within Outlook. It might be that the Blackberry, or other device, is interfering with the mailbox.
I have foudn that even just login into the OWA/OWAP webmail fixed some issues.
Microsoft is conducting an online survey to understand your opinion of the Msdn Web site.
Make a feature request by contacting Microsoft Support or keep your fingers crossed and it might be added in a later version or update for Outlook .
A user had hit their Send Quota limit on their mailbox and was unable to send any emails (and refused to clean up their mailbox).
Note: I say “currently” because it would be relatively easy for Microsoft to add support for this in later iterations of the Outlook Hotmail Connector and most IMAP implementations also have the Quota extension/capability installed which would allow Outlook to obtain the quota information for your mailbox.
If your mailbox is located on an Exchange 2007 or Exchange 2010 server (ask your mail administrator if you do not know this) and you still don’t see any quota information, you might be lucky and don’t have a quota on your mailbox at all or at least not for receiving emails.
